North Bay Village Condos


North Bay Village is an island community incorporated in 1945 is across Biscayne Bay . Prior to 1940, most of what is now North Bay Village was beneath the waters of Biscayne Bay. In 1940, dredging and bulk-heading created North Bay Island. By 1941, palm-lined streets had been laid out, and 12 homes had been built and occupied. Today the island has developed into thriving neighborhoods of single-family homes and an explosion of condominiums. Most of today's residents live in North Bay village year-round. Several of South Florida's most popular restaurants are located in North Bay Village that once attracted celebrities like Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland.

Location: An island community across Biscayne Bay northeast of Miami and between Miami and Miami Beach along Highway 934 near the Atlantic seacoast and is linked by the John F. Kennedy (79th Street) Causeway. Thirty minutes from Miami International Airport .
