Surfside is a small community of only nine blocks long and ten blocks wide from 87th Terrace to 96th Street nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Surfside, located along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean is gorgeous, pleasant, safe, and convenient. Over the past five years, the retirees are moving out and young families have been moving into Surfside. This is a walking community with shopping, public beaches, public parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, fine restaurants and numerous shops and boutiques. Surfside is also close to Oleta State Park, Haulover Park and Beach, North Shore Open Space Park, area golf courses, marinas with rental boating and fishing. Surfside has a two-block-long business district, which was recently renovated with new sidewalks and landscaping, is along Harding Avenue.
Location: East of Miami, south of Bal Harbour, north of Miami Beach, on the Atlantic Ocean with nearby access routes are A1A and Route 826.
